There is something so satisfying about baking fresh bread, the kneading, proofing, kneading again….the doughy flour mixture in you’re hands, it’s almost primal and I love it. Here is an easy recipe perfect for drowning in EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) goodness. As the recipe indicates this is a lot like focaccia only with a slightly denser and crunchier texture.
